Singers in the community are invited to sing in the Collegiate Chorale at Missouri State University this spring.
(Media-Newswire.com) - Singers in the community are invited to sing in the Collegiate Chorale at Missouri State University this spring. Beginning Jan. 19, the choir meets on Thursday evenings from 6-7:50 p.m. and may be taken for credit or not for credit. Several concerts are planned, including performances of the Brahms’ “Requiem” on March 10 and Haydn’s “Creation” for the President’s Concert on May 6.
The choir is directed by Dr. Guy B. Webb, professor of music. Auditions are not required for those with previous choral experience. For more information, contact Webb at ( 417 ) 836-5182 or come to one of the first rehearsals.
