The AFC Champion Colts are led by superstar quarterback Peyton Manning who grew up in the New Orleans area and who's father once played for their opponents.
The Saints are led by the duo of Drew Brees and Reggie Bush.
The Colts have the edge in points as well as experience having been to the Super Bowl a few years ago.
The game will be broadcast on television station CBS in the United States.
The Super Bowl is known for spectacular halftime shows and this year the rock band The Who will perform.
